Welcome to We Clean Cans! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By booking a service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

We Clean Cans provides professional trash bin cleaning services for residential and commercial customers. Our services are available on a monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or one-time basis.

Service Plans

Monthly Service
Monthly service includes one cleaning every 4 weeks and is billed at the discounted recurring rate. You may cancel at any time. There are no contracts, cancellation fees, or long-term commitments.

Quarterly Service
Quarterly service includes one cleaning every 12 weeks and is billed at the discounted recurring rate. You may cancel at any time. There are no contracts, cancellation fees, or long-term commitments.

Bi-Annual Service
Bi-annual service includes one cleaning every 6 months. Payment is due after each service. You may cancel at any time.

One-Time Service
A single cleaning with no recurring service or ongoing commitment. Payment is due after service is completed.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel recurring service at any time by contacting We Clean Cans at hello@wecleancans.com or by texting/calling us at 804-234-2267 24 hours before your next scheduled cleaning. We strive to provide a service you’ll want to keep, but you’re never locked into a contract.

2. Message and Data Rates

We Clean Cans may use SMS messaging to provide notifications and communicate with customers regarding services, billing, account information, and promotional offers. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s pricing plan.

We may send notifications regarding:

  • Upcoming scheduled services
  • Completed services
  • Invoices and billing reminders
  • Promotional offers and updates

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP.

Your information is protected according to our Privacy Policy.

If you have questions or concerns, please contact us using the information in Section 9.

3. Scheduling and Access

Customers must ensure trash cans are empty and accessible on the scheduled cleaning day. If access is restricted (including but not limited to locked gates, blocked bins, or bins not placed curbside), service may be skipped and no refund or credit will be issued.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service for all service types. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

For recurring customers, payment methods on file may be charged automatically for scheduled recurring services.

If payment is declined or not received, We Clean Cans reserves the right to pause or discontinue future services until the balance is resolved.

5. Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

If the service was not performed to standard, We Clean Cans may offer a re-clean or partial refund at our sole discretion.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Missed services due to inaccessible or unprepared bins
  • Customer cancellations made outside the cancellation window
  • Early cancellation of discounted recurring plans (adjustment charges may apply)

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule a scheduled cleaning by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date.

Recurring monthly and quarterly services may be cancelled at any time. However, by enrolling in a discounted recurring service plan, the customer agrees to the applicable minimum service commitment outlined in Section 1.

If a recurring plan is cancelled before the minimum number of cleanings is completed, We Clean Cans reserves the right to charge the difference between the discounted recurring rate paid and the standard one-time cleaning rate for services already rendered.

Late cancellations (less than 48 hours before service) may result in forfeiture of that scheduled cleaning or an additional service fee.

7. Changes to Terms

We Clean Cans reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

We Clean Cans is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

While we take great care during service, we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions of bins, lids, wheels, surrounding property, or inaccessible service conditions.
